People who hate on things that I love lack appreciation and don’t deserve nice things in life. This is what I believe in to comfort myself. You want to publicly diss Zusak’s The Book Thief? Tear down my wall of infinite ATLA appreciation? Dangle a banner in front of my face that lists reasons why you think Shingeki no Kyojin is an abomination? Okay, but I will have a difficult time of I’m Not Judging You But I’m Judging You. So if I “hate on” the things that you love—because I probably will at some point or another—go ahead and tell yourself how clueless and undeserving I am (if it makes you feel better). But please:

  • avoid transmitting profanity from your keyboard to my blog
  • maintain your sanity
  • don’t troll
  • show r-e-s-p-e-c-t

In short: don’t be an asshole. If you’re an asshole, you’re a Chris Brown. And no one likes a Chris Brown — not even other Chris Browns.
